Top Three Xbox 360 Sports Games of All-Time

While there are many different gaming companies that will constantly strive to make sports games for the Xbox 360 gaming console, rarely can they ever hope to touch the prowess and twenty years of video gaming history that the juggernaut, EA Sports currently holds. And, to be quite honest, when EA is consistently one of the top game makers in the world, and for good reasons too, is there really any point in trying to best them when they have better designers and developers, more industry clout and a far surpassing budget that dwarfs any fledgling companies? Nope. That is why you will never really see any other good sports game – because EA makes all of the good ones and shuts down the competition. So it should come as no surprise to you that the top three sports games for the Xbox 360 are made by EA Sports – should it? Madden NFL Football 2009 â?? Finally, EA took some listening to many pissed off fans, myself included. They made ample changes to this next generation Madden game, and while there is always room for improvement, itâ??s the best one yet, by a long shot. For example, the annoying radio announcer is gone â?? thank goodness â?? replaced by Chris Collinsworth and some other dude, much better! The play call screen has been revamped to offer easier, multi-button play calling for bluffing out your friends. Better graphics, better AI (the players actually do a lot more on the field now) and better plays to call make this game the best Madden ever. And, the best football video game ever! After making the best NFL game ever created, EA thought, what the heck, letâ??s make the best college football game too! Choose from 118 teams, 118 playbooks and 118 stadiums â?? WOW! Brilliant graphics and a touched up play call screen make this the best and most realistic college burner ever. Awesome announcers compliment every play. Easier to use interface will help new players fall in love with a mantra that dictates how college football in a video game should be, and is, in this awesome, virtually flawless NCAA monster! My Score: 10 out of 10 See NCAA College Football Trailer Below Tiger Woods 2009 â?? The best Tiger Woods game to-date offers so many features that it will literally blow your mind. They finally, and I mean FINALLY, fixed their flawed and shoddy chipping routine, which actually works normally now, phew! The fade and draw feature has been greatly enhanced as well. Better gear to buy in the store, better player masking, including an improved picture scan feature that allows you to take a picture of your own face and apply it to your virtual player avatar. All in all, this is by far a damned good golfing game with a course creator, plenty of courses to play and amazing graphics! My Score: 9.5 out of 10 See Tiger Woods Trailer Below
