Ministry Helping Tornado Victims Once Again

Just as it did in 2011 when tornadoes ravished towns in Alabama, the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team is once again helping victims of tornadoes. The team has currently deployed to four states: Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and North Carolina. They hope to help victims of these tornadoes by providing food, shelter, and other essential items while ministering to them with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team was formed shortly after 9/11 to help victims of natural disasters cope with their losses. To date, the team has responded to over 125 different emergencies throughout the country. The team is made of volunteer chaplains from across the nation who are trained in how to remain calm through crisis situations so that they are able to provide physical and emotional support to those who are affected.
