Let me preface this post by telling you that I'm on a diet. Ugh. I've been watching what I eat for the past couple of weeks, and while my clothes are fitting much better, my mind is starting to go crazy. The food cravings are becoming really intense.
For the past couple of hours, all I've been thinking about is eating a scoop of chocolate ice cream that is resting on top of a fudge brownie and covered in devilish hot fudge. This is not a good thought for an active dieter. Instead, of giving into temptation, I've had to find other ways to feed my chocolate addiction. While they are not the most ideal alternatives, they have been getting me through these difficult times.
