Don’t let the cooler weather slow you down

Get out this fall!

In the summer, you probably do not need much of a push to go walking or swimming since the weather almost begs you to do so.  Unfortunately, the summer is only one season out of the whole year.  That means you have to find some way to motivate yourself to get out there and exercise for the other three seasons.

For the most part, autumn is not all that bad.  All you need is a pair of sweat pants or track pants and a light jacket to keep you comfortably warm while outside.  However, you should aim to feel a little bit chilly when you first step out of the house.
