Injury results in a break from running on a beautiful, secluded island
This past week, I ended up displacing my hips, causing immense pain in my lower back. It isn’t the first time it’s happened, but it is the first time it’s happened in a different country where I can’t speak the language, nor do I have a reliable physical therapist.
