I remember this show as a kid (yes, I just dated myself, woops). The calm older guy, well before Bill Nye – no offense Mr. Nye, you are awesome too – with his gaggle of kids doing random experiments that anyone could do at home. The kids would help the older guy in demonstrating the scientific method for elementary age kids. The kids always looked a tad unexcited though. Then again Mr. Wizard…I dunno. Sometimes he, despite being friendly enough, seemed kinda pissed about something.
