Warp drive feasible?

SCIENCE! It's a beautiful thing. More importantly, when things considered sci-fi become more real. Verne once wrote in one of his books about electric riffles used by Captain Ahab and is crew. Little did he know then that we would have taser bullets. They said we would never have lightsabers we....actually still don't have lightsabers.... but that does not take all of it away.

Back in 1994, Mexican physicist Miguel Alcubierre came up with this idea that stated warp drive was indeed possible - that is the bending of space time around an object . Think of it as trying to move a pen from one corner of your desk to the other in the least amount of time possible. The fastest way to do that? Bend the desk so that the corners are closer. Sounds crazy right? Wait, it does?
