Get the most out of your workout with an effective warm-up
If you’re like many people, you hit the gym or the road looking forward to your workouts, whatever they may be. You may feel rushed for time, and you want to crank out the weightlifting reps, or get in the running miles, that you have planned for your day’s routine. However, rather then rushing right to our workouts, you might want to take a few minutes to prepare. To get the most benefit out of your workout, and to reduce the chance of injury, an effective warm-up is important.
