Games to play while visiting Bagan, Myanmar

Fun activities at the Ancient City

For those who have hopped on the opportunity to visit Myanmar since it opened its boarders to tourists, visiting Bagan has become staple. The Ancient City, formally the capital of Myanmar, is home to over 4,000 ancient temples scattered throughout three small cities. The first temple, the Shweizong, was created around 1050 AD by King Anawrahta. It is now known as the sunrise temple for visiting tourists. For around 200 years, those in Bagan built temples, until their dynasty started to crumbled.

Like any tourist attraction, Bagan has some wonderful sights, and some not so wonderful annoyances. It is a massive area, and with tourism still being new to the region, it allows for some hedonistic, rule-free visitation of some magnificent temples. With that being said, here are a few games travelers can play to spice up their trip to the ancient city.
