Checking In At A Hospital Restaurant

There is a new restaurant in Riga, the capital city of Latvia. The restaurant is Hospitalis, and if you think that sounds like a hospital that's no accident. The designers have not missed any details, even the forks and knives have been replaced with surgical tools. At Hospitalis your servers are dressed like nurses and doctors. The tables are metal exam tables and dentist's chairs. The atmosphere is sterile, but very chic. Some people might find this a bit morbid, but I think this is a very cool idea but I wonder why we haven't seen any hospitals that look like restaurants?
