If it’s one thing the Chinese know, it’s the best way to recycle their old military equipment, at least when it comes to second-hand Soviet aircraft carriers. In Tianjin, the old Soviet carrier, the Kiev, has been completely renovated and the interior is now a beautiful luxury hotel.
