If you're heading to New Orleans this month, you're in luck: It's Halloween, and that means America's most haunted city is dressed to the nines and ready to scare you out of your wits! Okay, NOLA may or may not be the *most* haunted U.S. city, but it's certainly among them right? I can tell you from personal experience that it can be one of the creepiest places on earth, and also the most fun.

One thing I'd certainly recommend if you're visiting the Crescent City in the next few weeks is a cemetery tour. New Orleans is truly a city of the dead -- they literally bury their dead above ground, in elaborate, stunningly gorgeous cemeteries. It's a sight to see, and shouldn't be missed.

You have several options if you choose to take a New Orleans cemetery tour, but I'd highly recommend a tour of St. Louis Cemetery #1 as the first option. It's close to the French Quarter, so it's convenient for visitors, and it's the oldest and probably the most well-known cemetery in the area.

The St. Louis Cemetery dates back to 1789, and so many famous New Orleanians are buried there. Among them: Marie Laveau, the famous Voodoo priestess. Walking through this cemetery is like walking straight into New Orleans' past. The vaults in St. Louis Cemetery are elaborate and beautiful and yes -- kind of creepy, especially at night.

One I'd recommend, because I've taken it, is the Haunted History Tours. The guides are incredibly fun and they know the area better than anyone. Just be sure to have several friends with you, because you might need some arms to hold on to throughout the tour.

Looking back at all the great artist you will find a common theme among them, they always worked doing what they loved. This love may not have been what other people liked to see or even look at, but it is what the artist liked to work on. So they had a fun time in making the art they were working on. Here are some reasons why you should satisfy yourself, instead of other people with your art works.

Typically you will have more fun working on art work which you like to work with. For example, some artist like to work with sculptures, but others like painting. Yes, the eyes are the window to our soul. Yet, many of us may want that window to look younger. How can we do this? We can do this following some simple tips.

First, when we are outside, we should protect our eyes from the sun. This means we need to shield our eyes from the sun by wearing hats and sunglasses that will block the sun from our eyes.

What else can we can? We can apply the right crams to our eyes. We should be using eye creams that contain the right antioxidants like Vitam C, vitamin E and idebenone. These will help prevent wrinkles from forming around our eyes.

We need to apply the right amount of reams. The right amount is a pea size amount per eye.

When need to apply the creams correctly. We should never rub the creams into the delicate skin area around our skin. We need to pat it in the skin gently. We also should never scrub this area. When we rub or scrub this area, we can disturb the delicate skin and even break those little capillaries. 

Finally, everyone should remember to use SPF on their skin, including the area around their eyes. This can help prevent sun damage and aging of the skin due to the sun. Everyone should also have regular eye checkups to make sure their vision is being treated properly. If one needs glasses or contact lens, they need to get these. Squinting to see, can be another reason for little lines to form around the eyes for many people.

The party can be a neighborhood event. You can invite all the neighbors you trust, including the kids. Everyone can dress up in the best costumes. The costumes can include the spookiest, the prettiest and the funniest ideas they can imagine. The night can be filled with good fun, games, candy and more.

How do you start? You start by gathering the family and have them all brain storm on some ideas for entertaining the guests. This can include some fun filled Halloween games. For the littlest ones, why not have Howling game. All you need is a big box. The box needs to be big enough for a child to sit inside.  Before the party, have your little one decorate the box to look like a haunted house. An adult should cut out the small windows. During the party, each child will take a turn sitting inside the box, with their eyes closed, while another child takes a turn outside, making a howling sound. The child inside must identify which child made the sound. If he or she gets the identity correct, the child wins a treat.

Younger children can also take part in a pin the tail on the donkey style game, with the donkey being replaced with a pumpkin.

Older children may take part in a mystery game, where the host hides a black stuffed cat (or other stuffed Halloween animal) somewhere in the party area. Give the children clues on where the cat is. The winner should be awarded a prize.

Of course, the best part of the night, should be an old fashioned costume judging contest. This can be done by category:  prettiest, scariest, and most original. All guests should be judged and the guests themselves should be the ones choosing the winners by random and anonymous drawings, which are tallied by the host and hostess.  Winners can be rewarded handy or random awards.
