Happy October, everyone! If you're planning a trip to New Orleans this month, you are in luck: October, in my opinion, is one of the best times to visit the Big Easy. The temperatures are mild and comfortable and there are a myriad of different, fun activities for everyone.
I thought this week, I'd highlight one Halloween-themed event that is still on my personal bucket list of things I'd love to do: attending the annual Anne Rice Vampire Lestat Fan Club Ball! If you're an Anne Rice fanatic, this is a must-do event.
