One thing to remember is that today’s working world is very different and nowadays top performers are not lifers at a company but instead tend to switch jobs every two to three years. I also read about this occurrence in a human resources course that I took back in college.
If you are a 20-something person then this should not be an issue if it comes up during the interview as you can always state that you were looking to learn and contribute value to a company before moving on to something that had more potential for growth, bigger responsibilities, more challenges, etc.
