Education is very important as it increases the human capital at the disposal of a country. In this post, I want to talk about some mistakes that I made when I went about selecting my major and how you can learn from my experiences.
The most important thing that Americans need to do with their kids is to try and expose them to a wide range of subjects and ideas from an early age. Teachers also have to be very encouraging and I think this is something that PARENTS should take note off. Just because one teacher feels that your son or daughter is no good at chemistry, it should not deter you from encouraging your child to continue to study the subject.
