Why content mills will never succeed

Chances are you can easily name at least one content mill. Most everyone who has ever written for the web probably can. I bet

you can also name at least one that has closed, or is dying a slow death thanks to Panda, Google’s tool aimed at improving search results by filtering out content mills, link farms, and spam blogs. Wisegeek, Demand Studios, Suite 101…they and many more have all suffered. Will they recover? The chances are slim to none. Why? Let’s take a look.

The first reason is because many of them just haven’t learned anything from Panda. Instead of trying to legitimize themselves and improve their content, they keep looking for ways to cheat the system and get around it. That’s simply not going to work. Google will always be one step ahead.
