Various stores are offering release party promotions for The Hunger Games DVD this Friday, August 17. Wal-Mart is offering an exclusive set that includes a mockingjay pendant, while Blockbuster is hosting a party with survival food, trivia and more. Free posters may be available in some venues. Many of these are starting between 9 and 12 p.m.
