Typhoon Haikui is the third storm to hit China in less than a week and the 11th one so far this year. China’s eastern coast is notorious for such acts of nature and this one is the worst in quite some time. Now China is the next target and the government is taking major steps to make sure that the cost in human lives will be minimized.
