Is there really a shortage of high-tech workers? This is the question that has puzzled me a lot and forced me to take a good look at this issue. I have done a lot of reading on foreign workers and immigration in general because it seems to be such a highly debated topic.
The capitalists and business owners in this country seem to love immigration because it gives them a form of ‘cheap’ labor. But on the other side of the coin, the workers in this country have made some pretty great arguments about why an increase in immigration is really not necessary for the United States right now.
