If there is one thing I've actually appreciated coming from the field of gastronomy, it's been a surge in glowing drinks. Typically the cocktails magic phosphorescent comes from the chemical reactions of the alcohol and tonic water. I do get the science behind it, but my interest lies more in the aesthetics of it all
