There’s still time to take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean with the Coney Island Polar Bear Club. Although they are no longer accepting members for the 2011-2012 swimming season, you can still take a guest swim with them on Sundays. The group meets on the boardwalk at Stilwell Avenue at 1 pm every Sunday from November through April for a cold water dip regardless of the outside temperature.
