Reconciliation
I have been researching the Mormon faith for a few months and have been reading the Book of Mormon every day. In searching, I have come across doctrines that seem to conflict. For example, the idea of the Father Son and Holy Spirit as three separate entities. As far as I have read, the Book of Mormon states specifically that they are one. I may have incorrect information, but if not, how do I sort through the information from the BOM, D&C, and Pearl? Is one more influential than another? Which one states the current doctrine? Please help.
Campy and shimano componets
I have mostly campy mirage componets with shimano hubs. I love my campy gear and would like to upgrade to 9-speed chorus componets. The question is can i keep my wheelset with the shimano hubs and use a 9 speed shimano cassette?

stupidest things your trainer has ever said
ahhhhh! so many!!!! but the best one was the seat bones. "go in to your room by yourself and find your seatbones". the funniest one was how my trainer said that the holes in her ugly tight riding jeans were from holding on w/ her thighs...sure...the REAL reasons are that her legs swing back and forth, making a rub, and also that she is so fat that her stretch jeans just can't stretch enough.

How are you all receiving these tracking numbers? When I called customer service earlier, I actually spoke with someone and they said I'd be able to see a tracking # later today, for receiving my shipment tomorrow. No word as of yet, and nothing on the website. Hope she speak the truth!-- HCH
